Hammes provided program management and operational readiness for GBMC’s Promise Project — a 117,000-SF hospital addition and 70,000-SF cancer center in Towson, Maryland.
Hammes served as INTEGRIS Health’s project manager for its new heart hospital, a six-story tower with a 10-story connector, along with an extensive ICU expansion.
Hammes served as project management partner for UR Medicine’s 330,000-SF Orthopaedics & Physical Performance Center, the largest orthopedic facility in the Northeast.

Hammes delivered ambulatory network planning, PM, and real estate consulting for UChicago Medicine’s 110,000 SF Orland Park ambulatory care center — the system’s first suburban ACC.
Hammes delivered master planning, PM, development, and property management for Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare — including an 866,000 SF replacement hospital and two MOBs.
Hammes was engaged in the strategic planning and development of St. Luke’s - The Vintage in Houston, a 106-bed hospital and attached medical office building that was completed under budget and six months ahead of schedule.
Hammes Commercial served as development manager for the $1.6 billion U.S. Bank Stadium and Urban Entertainment District in Minneapolis — anchored by the NFL Vikings stadium.
