The 28-story office building and 220-room hotel features an 800-stall underground parking garage. A Hammes-built galleria links the hotel and office space to the Pabst Theatre and the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre. The project, completed in 1988, was developed in partnership with the City of Milwaukee.
