Wade Milligan

Wade Milligan is a partner and regional vice president with Hammes Healthcare. Wade has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare project development, including largescale hospital expansion and renovation projects. Wade joined Hammes in 2019 as a vice president where he led project management engagements for large, complex facility development projects in Tampa. In 2020, he was promoted to regional vice president with responsibility for overseeing the company’s operations throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining Hammes, Wade owned Cromwell Building Corporation. Cromwell specialized in construction management for healthcare and other commercial real estate projects. Prior to starting Cromwell, Wade served as a vice president with Turner Construction Company in Tampa. His experience as a business owner, general contractor and owner’s representative brings unique strengths in developing optimal design and construction solutions for healthcare development projects.

Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University. He holds a Certified General Contractor (CGC) license for the State of Florida.
