Over the course of a multi-year relationship with Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare, Hammes helped deliver several strategically important projects including:
- 188,000-SF Center for Health ambulatory care center
- 866,000-SF, 259-bed replacement hospital on a 50-acre greenfield site
- 84,000-SF (on-campus) medical office building development
- 60,000-SF (off-campus) medical office building development
Hammes developed both an on-campus and off-campus medical office building for which Hammes Realty Services provided property management and leasing.
A key aspect of Hammes' work with Elmhurst was master planning their 866,000-SF replacement hospital. The outcome of this master plan helped lay the foundation for significant operational and process improvements across the entire health system for years to come.
