Hammes Company Appoints Nancy Connolly President
The board of directors of Hammes Company, the nation’s leader in healthcare building strategies, today announced the appointment of Nancy Connolly as president.
Milwaukee, Wis., April 30, 2019 – The board of directors of Hammes Company, the nation’s leader in healthcare building strategies (hammesco.com), today announced the appointment of Nancy Connolly as president.
Connolly joined Hammes in 2003 as a consultant. Shortly thereafter, Connolly moved from Washington, D.C. to Philadelphia to open and operationalize a new office. Connolly was later named partner and relocated back to Washington, D.C. to oversee the company’s Mid-Atlantic and Northeast operations. In 2016, she was promoted to senior vice president of operations for Hammes’ Eastern operations and worked with regional leadership and consulting teams to achieve strategic objectives. During her 16 years with Hammes, Connolly has been involved in the planning and development of healthcare assets, including ambulatory network planning, business planning, site selection and project management for ambulatory facilities, hospital renovations and expansions, and the development of hospitals in new markets and facility replacements.

Connolly graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts, and earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing and corporate strategy from the Robert H. Smith School of Business from University of Maryland.
