MILWAUKEE, December 11, 2024 – Hammes Partners, one of the leading institutional investment management firms focused on the U.S. healthcare real estate market, announced the appointment of Hammes Partners Principal, Justin Shea, to the Hammes Partners Investment Committee.

Justin joins Jon Hammes, Todd Kibler and Patrick Hammes on the Investment Committee, which evaluates and manages the firm’s investments. “As a long-tenured leader within the team, we look forward to Justin continuing to play an instrumental role in the firm as we build on our track record as a leader in healthcare real estate,” said Patrick Hammes. “We look forward to Justin’s perspectives on the Committee.”

Prior to joining Hammes, Justin worked with the Acquisition and Asset Management groups at Greenfield Partners, a global real estate investment firm. Previously, he worked with Robert W. Baird & Co. in its Investment Banking Group.
